By placing an order with Ardent Leatherworks LLC, you agree to these terms.

Orders and Pricing

Product pages state the current retail price in USD. Confirm the delivery area, shipping charge, tax treatment, and timing with the workshop before ordering.

A product page does not promise availability or a start date unless its typed product record states them.

Returns and Exchanges

Belt workmanship: See the warranty below and contact the workshop.

Wrong size: Contact us after delivery. On the first wrong-size exchange, the workshop pays shipping from you to the workshop when you followed the published measurement method. For any other wrong-size exchange, you pay shipping to the workshop. For every wrong-size exchange, the workshop pays shipping for the corrected belt to you.

Warranty

The current workshop record establishes this warranty for the belt: “Workmanship guaranteed. If it fails, we fix it.” Contact the workshop about a belt failure so the workshop can assess it.

The workshop record does not yet establish a warranty for the notebook or valet tray. Contact the workshop before ordering if that term affects the decision.

Limitation of Liability

Ardent Leatherworks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
